Living through summer in Queensland is one of a kind.
With extreme temperatures that can literally cook fried eggs on your car bonnet, it is quite common that the sweltering heat and the never ending production of sweat would make a of fellow Brisbanite groan “Why is it today SO fu*cking hot”. In saying that, these past few weeks in Brisbane has been an absolute joy *hint of sarcasm*.
So one of many ways that I help myself to tactically cool down throughout a summer’s day is - yes, it might sound vain and superficial BUT let’s be honest, practical af - is dressing appropriately for the weather.
So here is one of my new favourite summer outfits to wear:
